Dear Sir,

Greetings to the distinguished members of the Nobel Committee of Medicine, based at the world famous Karolinska Institute, from the Founder and President of World Health Freedom Foundation based in the Netherlands. May peace, plenty and purpose in life prevail for all of us in 2003.

We take pride and privilege in recommending the name of Dr. Leo Rebello of Bombay, India, for the Nobel Prize in Medicine, for his pioneering contribution to Humanism in Medicine and Holistic Health modalities, worldwide.

In his over 25 years of clinical, teaching and research experience, Dr. Leo Rebello has taught, trained and treated thousands, written 26 books and lectured in 55 countries, including at WHO, UNAIDS, UNESCO, UNDP conferences.

We are enclosing Dr. Leo Rebello's pathbreaking book AIDS AND ALTERNATIVE MEDICINE for your kind consideration. This book and copious other contributions are enough to judge the worth of this man who is the Mahatma Gandhi of Health Freedom Movement.

Dr. Leo Rebello recently visited the Netherlands, Germany, France and UK and we have had the privilege of meeting him and renewing our contacts. Presently, the mystic medic is working on another book on Muscular Dystrophy about which we know precious little, and collaborating with us and several others worldwide to bring about Humanism in Medicine and Safety in Health. His mantra on AIDS is From AIDS Scare To AIDS Care and his poem on Health (see page 2 of the AIDS book), which Mother Teresa recited from 1989 till her death, speaks of his dedication to Holistic Health - the body, mind and spirit approach, which unfortunately has been largely neglected by modern medicine.

In great Nobel's will, of which you are the responsible trustees, there is a provision to award the prize to more than one person. We propose that every year the Nobel Prize be given to two streams: (a) to pioneering contribution to Holistic Health Sciences like age-old Ayurveda, Acupuncture, Homeopathy, Naturopathy, Yoga of which Dr. Leo Rebello is the world renowned proponent; and (b) to Modern Medicine.

We hereby, with firm faith in your wisdom, justice, fairplay and vision, nominate the name of Dr. Leo Rebello, of Bombay, India for the coveted Nobel Prize in Medicine 2003 and place this before you for kind favourable consideration.
