Drinking two glasses of warm water before going to bed will also give you sound sleep without snoring.
During the day too, drink normal water. Avoid cold water/cold drinks.
Cold water affects coronaries and is the major cause of heart attacks.
Cold water, cold drinks, liquor with ice also affect liver.
Cold water also affects large intestine and results in colon Cancer.
Warm water therapy will resolve the health problems within 3 days to 3 months.
